Terms and Conditions of Sale
GENERAL
No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the seller, until the goods are dispatched by the seller.
PRICES
The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
DELIVERY
Payment by Cheque, Credit Card or Debit Card is due at the time of order.
Delivery is free for UK based retail customers only, trade and overseas customers will be charged extra.
If payment or part thereof is not received by the seller by the due date, the seller shall be entitled to charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 2% per calendar month.
If payment is by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared in the seller's account.
Goods remain the property of crystalsandfossils.co.uk until fully paid for.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
All goods are sold as described. However, due to natural variation in some products, goods sold may not be exactly as they are photographed i.e. colour/shade difference and distinguishing marks are sometimes unavoidable.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We will offer to exchange any product for whatever reason within 14 days of the buyer receiving their order. Goods returned must be in the same condition as when they were dispatched.
Refunds will only be given in the event of a product being faulty and/or defective. This must be within 30 days of delivery. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse and/or fair wear and tear.
RETURNED GOODS
Notification of damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 7 days will not be accepted.
The buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has, in the opinion of the seller, been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the buyer.
The seller's failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.
All goods should be returned by signed for recorded post, proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
LEGAL LIABILITY
The contracts from the sales of goods by crystalsandfossils.co.uk shall be subject to and governed by English Law.
Liability of crystalsandfossils.co.uk shall in no circumstances exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. crystalsandfossils.co.uk cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequences of using the product it sells.

To place orders simply click on a product from the navigation bar on the site. You will then be taken to the corresponding page on the website Then simply follow the step-by-step instructions given. All prices are in UK pounds. Shipping & Handling charges are included in the price (except where stated and outside UK)). Crystals and Fossils will also only send out product overseas on a purchaser signs for basis, and fully insured for your own protection. As a result we will need to follow up order requests on an individual basis quoting for postage and packaging.
Please also note that we have a minimum order value of £9-00, we ask you to keep this in mind when ordering, thank you.

Our estimated Delivery Times for normal stock lines are:
1. UK: Products dispatched usually within 3 working days
Crystals and Fossils are committed to providing an exceptional service and under normal conditions all stock items will be delivered as promised. Delays may at times be unavoidable due to adverse weather, availability of stock, or other conditions outside our control. However if the original delivery date cannot be met and you would rather not wait for the goods then you will be offered the option to cancel the order.
